FOUNDER

Devani Allen, founder of 'The One', is a first year graduate student at the University of Central Florida, studying communication. Devani started 'The One' to lend a helping hand to her peers, wanting to see as many students as possible land internship roles, with a chance to convert to full time positions. In her time as a student, Devani has been an intern for various companies and organizations, including, but not limited to Macy's Inc., ABC News, and Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Pairing her expertise with AI technology, Devani built an interactive website catered towards professional development, teaching individuals how to write cover letters, resumes, and learn self marketing skills.
